Page 4 - 5 details the exhibition: The Ghosts of Songs: A retrospective of the Black Audio Film Collective. Saturday 28 April - Sunday 24 June. From the accompanying text: “The Ghosts of Songs is the first retrospective to explore ths body of work. Curated and produced by Kodwo Eshun and Anajalika Sagar of the Otolith Group, it reveals the Collective as resolutely experimental, defiantly articulate artists, dedicated to engaging with the past, present and future of memory, media and moving image.”

Page 19 details an associated film screening: Who Needs a Heart & Introduction - Wednesday 13 June. “To coincide with the exhibition The Ghosts of Songs, a screening of one of Black Audio Film Collective’s most controversial films. In revisiting the forgotten history of British Black Power, the Collective created a largley silent movie whose soundtrack of avant garde jazz and Tibetan ritual music explored how audio can function to direct the audience’s gaze.… “This film will be introduced by director and founding member of Black Audio Film Collective, John Akomfrah.”
